With a "Yes We Can" attitude “Phantom Finisher” is in essence a handyman on steroids acting as the "in-between" resource to complete workmanship items and deemed the catch all service for both homeowners and contractors bringing projects to completion.  We are also the resource for all estate management-type services.  

• For Homeowners: On a new-build or remodeled house, or even after getting client’s certificate of occupancy, there are ALWAYS a basket of demands on the contractor for return visits.  Once the homeowner moves in, they notice workmanship imperfections, installation errors, painting flaws, etc. These workmanship items are an obligatory fix for the contractor, whether by demand of reputation or contract. They may hold the subcontractor liable for remedy or completion, but if not, they might like to have a third-party aka "The Finisher" to make the headache go away.  

• For Contractors: Should a contractor fail to return, or complete work. It still must get done, but since the project is at its very end for the contractor, they are at times eager to fully demobilize and for the PM and superintendent to focus on other/next projects. If “The Finisher” is on their short list of vendors for miscellaneous remedies, we can be trusted to get the job done.

Should a contractor need to maintain a strong relationship with their client, even without the time and personnel to handle “favors” and ad hoc requests, like moving furniture inside before summer exodus, driving by the property to see if the generator indicator light is on, or bringing packages inside.  We are here to help with our Estate Management services.

A contractor’s repeat client just wants to do a little bathroom remodel, and though contractors typically do not perform small jobs like single bathroom renovations, they will feel obliged to try to make their clients happy. "The Finisher" can self-perform or manage the process, either independently or under contractor’s label, as sub-sub project manager.
